Welcome to a unique module in our course. Up to now, we've analyzed sample essays to grasp the scoring guide and the essay framework. However, understanding is one thing and application is another. In this module, we'll transition from studying to practicing.

In the forthcoming lessons, I'll select a prompt from the issue essay pool and write an essay in real-time, while also sharing my thought process. But here's the twist: you won't be a mere spectator. At the onset of each session, I'll introduce the essay prompt and indicate the start of my timer. Your task is to pause the video, set your own timer, and craft your essay based on our earlier discussions.

Once done, resume the video and observe my writing. You can then compare our essays in terms of topic understanding, chosen examples, and their development. Also, consider the essay length to gauge if you're spending excess time contemplating rather than writing or if you need to improve your articulation.
